Third Screen is an open-source personal dashboard application. It is available as a hosted service and as self-hostable software. Features, integrations, and availability may change at any time without notice.
Some features require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
You retain ownership of your data. When you connect third-party services, you authorize us to access your data on those services according to the permissions you grant. You may disconnect any service at any time. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems, interfere with or disrupt the Service, or abuse API rate limits.
The Service may integrate with third-party services. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of any third-party service.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
We may update these terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
